This is a stone arch bridge, built in 1851 by Tokugawa Harutomi, over \u201cOnarido,\u201d the road traveled by the Tokugawa family and Toshogu-related people on their way to the otabisho when attending Wakamatsuri, a festival held at Kishu Toshogu.
